Calling or emailing us does not automatically create an appointment or mean that we have accepted your matter. We review the information, discuss the scope and proposed terms, and obtain the relevant authority before acting.
Fees, expenses and payment
Ask for the written terms applicable to your matter before agreeing to proceed. These should explain service fees, expenses, third-party costs and any withdrawal or payment obligations. This website does not offer a blanket no-win-no-fee service or promise that another party will pay every cost.
Recovery and separate services
Recovery depends on responsibility, evidence, the amount of the loss and the other party's position. An insurer's claim number is not approval for repairs, liability or payment. Replacement vehicles depend on provider acceptance, availability, permitted use and relevant platform requirements.
Endeavour is not a law firm or a motor repair business. Repairs, vehicle hire and legal representation have their own providers, terms and authorities. A recovery authority does not automatically assign a debt or authorise repairs.
Time-sensitive matters
If you have received a court document, a deadline or an urgent request, tell the team promptly. Do not assume that an email has been read or that a deadline is being managed until this has been expressly confirmed. Obtain legal advice about any court deadline.
Complaints and concerns
Contact info@endeavourrecoveries.com.au with “Complaint” in the subject, or call 02 7228 7113. Include your reference if you have one, a brief explanation and the outcome you seek. Ask for the matter to be reviewed by management if it is not resolved.
